I am an author of eight novels to date, a voiceover artist, a freelance journalist of 27 years experience, a Journey Practitioner/therapist since 2003, a FM radio host, and a podcast host. I also guide people on bespoke tours of Sussex, my long-time home.
My formal education includes an MA in Journalism, a DipPsych and a BA in Politics and American Studies. I have in-depth experience of many alternative and complementary approaches to health and wellbeing, including taking part in extraordinary healing ceremonies with the Bushmen in the Kalahari desert
